Subsequently, a comprehension of market structures is critical for organizations to work viably in the business. This understanding encourages them to recognize the attributes of firms, level of existing rivalry, number of purchasers and venders, kind of item, limit of a firm to impact different firms in the business and other comparative viewpoints identified with showcase in which the firm works. This further aides in ID of ideal value, yield and level of advancement or separation required to remain gainful in a specific industry. All through the lifetime of any business association, it is connected to either showcase structure and its item, value, yield and different elements are affected by the market structure. The regularly recognized market structures are restraining infrastructure, duopoly, oligopoly and monopolistic rivalry. The accompanying article talks about different parts of these market structures in setting of various enterprises of Australia alongside featuring their particular highlights and distinguishing the businesses with these market structures. Market structures in Australia Market structure alludes to level of rivalry accessible in the market for specific products and administration. Market structure incorporates item just as administration area and it distinguishes contenders accessible specifically showcase. It incorporates the state of passage and exit of new purchaser and vender for managing. Market structure incorporates different types of market, for example, restraining infrastructure, duopoly, oligopoly and monopolistic rivalry. These business sectors have various highlights and market methodology to manage client. Market structure assists with deciding distinctive market systems and approaches of the organizations to remain in this serious market. Restraining infrastructure market can characterized as accessibility of single merchant with gigantic number of client without having any nearby substitute (Waschik, Fisher and Prentice, 2010). Duopoly is comparable as oligopoly, which alludes to accessibility of two autonomous firms in advertise with no understanding. Duopoly has impact in showcase as comparable as restraining infrastructure that incorporates changing the cost of item as per client request. Be that as it may, under duopoly, there are two autonomous dealers of a comparative item when contrasted with single merchant in the event of syndication (Free, 2010). Oligopoly alludes to economic situation that incorporates not many firms that sell homogonous item in showcase. In this market, it is difficult to distinguish the quantity of serious firms in the business in light of the fact that there are hardly any organizations accessible in the market and the demonstration of these organizations can influence the presentation of different firms (Free, 2010). Monopolistic market structure is the most unique of the considerable number of structures and is portrayed by high number of purchasers and venders in the business. Thus, any single firm can't control the creation of the firm just as substitute of item. These business sectors vary not just in setting of number of purchasers and venders, yet additionally in setting of the item that they give, the costs they charge and advertising methodologies that they receive to bait clients. As imposing business model is the main vender of a specific item, its item is profoundly homogeneous, costs are commonly high and the merchant barely utilizes publicizing techniques to bait clients. Henceforth, imposing business model is the value producer (Waschik, Fisher and Prentice, 2010). Duopoly, despite what might be expected, influences customers buying power as buyers buy the item at significant expense because of high rivalry between these organizations. Be that as it may, firms under duopoly give pretty much homogenous items, enjoy value wars and have faithful clients (Free, 2010). In oligopoly showcase, firms can deliver either separated heterogeneous items. Further, flawless oligopoly can happen with accessibility of modern merchandise and blemished oligopoly can happen because of accessibility of client products. At the hour of creation, these organizations have the force for setting the cost of merchandise and administration. It gives diverse item at various cost to the general public. These organizations have certain obstruction in the section of new firms in industry. At last, monopolistic structure is most noteworthy level of blemished rivalry where dealers attempt to pick up piece of the overall industry by giving exceptionally separated items, utilizing diverse limited time strategies and separated value levels. Any single firm can't control the creation of the firm just as substitute of item, section and exit is simple and the organizations need to give items as serious costs (Hubbard et al., 2014). In setting of Australia, all these market structures can be found in various businesses. For instance, Australia Post mirrors an imposing business model market structure. It is single provider of posts and doesn't permit private undertakings for gracefully of postal from post office box (Carmody, 2015). Australias media transmission and carrier ventures are case of duopoly showcase structure with Telstra and Optus in telecom industry and Virgin, and Qantas in aircraft industry (Ramli, 2015). The Australian retail/grocery store and banking industry faces an oligopoly showcase structure (Dagge, 2015). In general store retail portion, Woolworth and Coles are showcase pioneers with 70-80% piece of the overall industry and different retailers like Aldi are adherents (Ramli, 2015). In Australia, cheap food/eatery industry has the state of monopolistic rivalry where firms like McDonalds, Burger King and Subway give exceptionally separated items, for example, burger, sandwich, pizza and a lo t more at serious costs (Hubbard et al., 2014). Additionally, they likewise enjoy exceptional advancement and advertising procedures to catch piece of the overall industry. End From the above conversation, it very well may be presumed that Australian industry has high rivalry in the market that rely upon the market structure, for example, restraining infrastructure, duopoly, oligopoly and monopolistic rivalry. In Australian market, Australia post has the circumstance of imposing business model that have the obstruction for private postal organization to gracefully of postal from post office box. Further, duopoly advertise is found in telecom and carrier industry. Also, Coles and Woolworth have the oligopoly economic situation in Australian retail advertise lastly inexpensive food/eatery industry in Australia has the state of monopolistic rivalry that incorporates showcase players like McDonalds, Burger King, Subway and numerous others. Be that as it may, there is no appropriate meaning of this idea. Frequently, the standards of morals and widespread access are all things considered used to characterize it as the arrangement of equivalent treatment to patients with a similar clinical prerequisite, paying little heed to every single other factor including inception, ethnicity and pay levels. Ashcroft (2007) terms this as the ââ¬Ëhorizontal equityââ¬â¢ in the social insurance framework. Albeit all inclusive and impartial access to social insurance is purported generally, patients regularly face various obstructions in profiting by this arrangement. Goldsmith (2011) takes note of that the best way to defeat these hindrances if by rising above past the suspicions made under all inclusive access a nd inclusion. He further recommends that these obstructions result because of wasteful aspects in the flexibly chain inside the medicinal services framework. For example, there are wide varieties in the degrees of protection inclusion, cost sharing, land restrictions and the most extreme use limit of emergency clinics and facilities. The essential goal of network support is to guarantee the inclusion of everybody during the time spent conveying general human services (Pointer, 2009). Regularly, this is accomplished through the advancement of open help for significant approaches and programs and furthermore through consistence with the pertinent enactment. A few governments around the globe have started human services projects to draw in the dynamic interest of the individuals and improve straightforwardness over the entire framework. In any case, there are issues in arrangement definition and the operational techniques that are utilized to encourage such contribution.

Should You Put Deanâs List on Resume Having a well-organized resume is very important because it shows the recruiters what your main skills are and gives the impression of you being meticulous and well-organized, which is something that every employer would cherish.Thatâs why it is not an easy task to make a resume that would both look and feel good to everyone who reads it, which means you would have to choose carefully what you intend to include in your resume.I know people say that every experience you had to teach you something new and useful, which is true, of course, but that doesnât mean you should include each and every one of those experiences in your resume. Why?Well, because it could get crowded with unnecessary information. We are here today to help you with deciding whether you should include Deanâs list in your resume or not.We are going to go into why the Deanâs list is so important, what are the pros and cons of having it in your resume and what is the right way to put it there.Without any further due, let us get into it, so strap in and letâs begin!WHY IS THE DEANâS LIST SO IMPORTANT?Deanâs list is very important because it is one of the things that can be considered as a sign of accomplishment, which is only demonstrated by hard work and a constant sense of commitment. Those are the characteristics that are cherished by every employer, no matter what job you applied for. That is why a lot of people suggest to include deanâs list on your resume, especially if the requirements to get onto it are very high, which gives it even more meaning and makes it more important, because it would show that you are a very persistent person who tends to set a clear goal and make sure it is fulfilled. However, when it comes to the decision of whether you should add it or not, you need to consider several factors because sometimes it is not a good idea to overcrowd your resume with a lot of information.Recruiters do like longer resumes, yes, but only when the stuff that is written there is meaningful and useful for the position you had applied for.For instance, depending on how long you have been on the Deanâs list, it might be best not to include it on your resume. If you had only been on the list for a single semester and the requirements for getting on the list are not so harsh, it would probably be better not to add it on your resume. Why is that, you may ask? An accomplishment is an accomplishment, no matter how long it lasted.Yes, that might be true, but as we had already said, it is not a good idea to include everything you have ever done or experienced in life on your resume. You should only include the most important things and the things that could be relevant for your current position. For instance, it would be a good idea to create an achievement section in your resume, if you managed to get to the deanâs list for a consistent amount of time, letâs say 2 years or 3 to 4 semesters in a row. That would be really noteworthy. So, you could put something li ke:Deanâs list 2018-2019, with 3.7 GPA, awarded the Student of the Year title in 2018 while studying at (name of the University)This type of achievement would be really helpful to you, especially if you are a fresh graduate with only some or even none work experience. Shows Consistency of the Performance LevelCompanies need to show some performance consistency in order to keep the business going and improve it over time. High-performance and innovation are the keys to success in modern business. And how can the company be consistent? Well, by having the people who are capable of maintaining the consistent level of performance in everything they do.The real issue here is that employer canât know if you are that kind of person prior to hiring you unless you show them that you are.Deanâs list can help with that. If you, for instance, made it to deanâs list for several consecutive semesters, that would tell potential employers that you are a person capable of maintaining high-level performance for a longer period of time, whic h is one of the characteristics every employer would praise. If this is the case, then it would be a good idea to include the deanâs list on your resume, because it would increase your chance of getting the job.3. Adds More Credentials to Your ResumeHaving really good credentials regarding the job application you want to apply for is a very important thing for every recruiter. It tells them how experienced you are and how it can be related to the job in question, whether you have a certain skill set required for the job or not.Deanâs list can serve as a bit of information that adds more credentials to your resume and tells the potential employer whether you would be a good choice for a job or not.Of course, it is not the only factor, but it is a positive one most of the time.4. It can mean a Lot Depending on RequirementApart from the consistency shown by being on a deanâs list for multiple semesters, another very important factor to consider is the general requirements for even getting onto the deanâs list. Why is that so important?Well, if the requirements are a bit harder to achieve, meaning, that it is much harder to make it to the deanâs list, if you include it on your resume, it would show potential employers that you are a hard-working person, who was persistent to achieve that goal and managed to get to the deanâs list, even though it wasnât easy at all. That type of person would never give up trying to do its job properly, even if it meant going against the odds or having to work much harder to fulfill the companyâs goals. That is the type of person every employer wants.5. Gives More Details about You in Your ResumeA resume is your business ID.It shows all the relevant information about you regarding your previous jobs, personal experience, and education level.Thatâs why it is important to build it carefully and include everything that you and employer would think it is relevant for the position you want to apply for.Deanâs list can be v ery helpful when it comes to that, especially if you are a fresh graduate without real working experience. So, apart from the usual personal information and education level, by including the deanâs list, you would widen that information circle and allow potential employers to see your best achievements, because making to a deanâs list is an achievement.DISADVANTAGE OF PUTTING THE DEANS LIST ON RESUMENow that we had covered what would be the positive influence of including the deanâs list on your resume let us go a step further and see what are the cons of doing it because it is not always a good idea.Without any further due, letâs start!1. Could be Considered UnnecessaryThe deanâs list is a list of your academic achievements and scores, which is, of course, really important information about you, especially if you are a fresh graduate without any real work experience. However, there is âbutâ coming right now.On some occasions, including deanâs list on your resume can b e a bad choice because it may seem unnecessary to do it, especially if you are a very experienced and have been working in a consistent manner for a while. In this case, including the deanâs list would just be pointless and it would just overcrowd your resume with unneeded information.2. No Criteria, No Real MeaningNow, we had mentioned that, depending on the criteria for making onto the deanâs list, it can be a good thing to include it in your resume. However, there is another side of that, in cases where the requirements regarding the deanâs list are not so hard to achieve. In that case, it might not be a good idea to include the deanâs list on your resume, simply because it would show the potential employers that, even though the requirements were very vague, you decided to add it on your resume. That could be interpreted as the statement that you didnât have anything better to include, which would mean that you, as a person, might not be a suitable candidate for the job in question.3. It Could Indicate InconsistencyAs well as with the previous point, we had mentioned earlier that the deanâs list could show that you are a consistent person because you were able to make it onto it for several semesters. On the other hand, it can also show inconsistency, which is something you donât want to be in your resume. For instance, if you had made it onto the deanâs list, but you were only there for one semester, it might show the potential employers that you are a person who tries hard for only a brief amount of time, in order to show off or just achieve something for the sake of completing it.What employers want, is not a person whose performance would drop after like, one, two or several months, but they would want an employee capable of maintaining high performance over the longer period of time.In that case, including the deanâs list on your resume could be considered as a bad idea, especially if this point is combined with the low requirements one.TI PS ON HOW TO PUT THE DEANâS LIST ON RESUMEWe had covered the advantages and disadvantages of including the deanâs list on your resume, so letâs go over some tips and tricks you can use, which could help you include it the right way.Include it in the part of the resume where it would completely fit and wouldnât have a negative impact on your narrative. Some people say that it would be best to add it to the education section, which kind of makes sense, right? But it is not always the case, so you need to be careful about that.Include relevant details regarding deanâs list â" if you decide to add the deanâs list on your resume, make sure to mention what school is that list for, the major and some other relevant details about the institution as well.Another very useful information is your GPA, which is why it would be a good idea to add the information about the deanâs list right after you mentioned GPA since it would just add the spice to flavor, so to speak.Include the number of semesters â" as we had already mentioned, the time spent on the deanâs list is also very important, so make sure to include the number of semesters you have managed to make onto it.Criteria are important â" apart from a number of semesters, another crucial thing is the requirement needed to make it on the deanâs list, so make sure you include that as well, The higher criteria is, the better you will look in employerâs eyes.EXAMPLE OF THE RIGHT WAY TO PUT DEANâS LIST ON RESUMENow that we had covered almost every aspect of including deanâs list in a resume, letâs try to explain it with a practical example, which you will be able to use as, letâs say, a guide of sorts, when and if you decide to include deanâs list in your resume. The University of Nottingham, Faculty of EconomicsNottingham, EnglandBachelor of Economics, Module: Microeconomic analysisCumulative GPA: 3.7/4; Deanâs List for 6 semesters;Internship in National Bank of England;President of the St udentâs Parliament; As you can see, we included the deanâs list right after we had mentioned basic information about the education and put it right next to the GPA score. That way, potential employers would be able to see that you both had very nice GPA scores and that you were on the deanâs list.Another thing to note is that we mentioned the number of semesters on which we were on a deanâs list, which is also very important, as we had already said. So, by doing it this way, we managed to keep our narrative going, in order for our resume to feel very genuine and well-written, which is a very important thing to note.THE NARRATIVE IS IMPORTANT!One very important thing when it comes to building a memorable resume is, of course, the narrative. The narrative is something you should always keep in mind when writing a resume because it is used to attract and interest potential employers in you.To show them your skills, personality, and personal background in order for them to decide wh ether you are a suitable candidate for the job or not.A good narrative can mean a lot, so you need to write every useful information the right way and put it on the place where it would make the most sense, comparing to other things you mentionedSo, for instance, putting a deanâs list between your hobbies donât make any sense at all, because it would detract from the narrative you created and it can really put off potential employers.Everyone loves a good story. So, if you find yourself in a position where you need to decide whether to put deanâs list on your resume or not, make sure to check if it would even fit in your narrative, your story.Because if it is not the case, then there is no point in including it at all since it would just ruin the general feeling of a good narrative. FINAL WORDThat was everything for today, folks! We went over why deanâs list is so important, what are the advantages and disadvantages of putting it on your resume and we showed you a small exampl e on how to include the deanâs list in your resume. What remains is, that you get out there, compare everything we had said with the circumstances and information about your own deanâs list, and decide whether you should include it in your resume or not.

Quarter Wit, Quarter Wisdom Divisibility by Powers of 2
We know the divisibility rules of 2, 4 and 8: For 2 If the last digit of the number is divisible by 2 (is even), then the number is divisible by 2. For 4 If the number formed by last two digits of the number is divisible by 4, then the number is divisible by 4. For 8 If the number formed by last three digits of the number is divisible by 8, then the number is divisible by 8. A similar rule applies to all powers of 2: For 16 If the number formed by last four digits of the number is divisible by 16, then the number is divisible by 16. For 32 If the number formed by last five digits of the number is divisible by 32, then the number is divisible by 32. and so onâ⬠¦ Letââ¬â¢s figure out why: The generic rule can be written like this: A number M is divisible by 2^n if the last n digits of M are divisible by 2^n. Take, for example, a division by 8 (= 2^3), whereà M = 65748048 andà n = 3. Our digits of interest are the last three digits, 048. 48 is completely divisible by 8, so we conclude that 65748048 is also divisible by 8. A valid question here is, What about the remaining five digits? Why do we ignore them? Breaking down M, we can see that 65748048 = 65748000 + 048 (weve separated the last three digits). Now note that 65748000 = 65748 * 1000. Since 1000 has three 0s, it is made up of three 2s and three 5s. Because 1000à it has three 2s as factor, it also has 8 as a factor. This means 65748000 has 8 as a factor by virtue of its three 0s. Allà we need to worry about now is the last three digits, 048. If this is divisible by 8, 65748048 willà alsoà be divisible by 8. If it is not, 65748048 will not be divisible by 8. In case the last three digits are not divisible by 8, youà can stillà find the remainder of the number. Whatever remainder you get after dividing the last three digits by 8 will be the remainder when you divide the entire number by 8. This should not be a surprise to you nowà 65748000 wont have aà remainder when divided by 8 since it is divisible by 8, so whatever the remainder is when the last 3 digits are divided by 8 will be the remainder when the entire number is divided by 8. In the generic case, the number M will be split into a number with n zeroes and another number with n digits. The number with n zeroes will be divisible by 2^n because it has n 2s as factors. We just need to see the divisibility of the number with n digits. We hope you have understood this concept. Letââ¬â¢s take look at a quickà GMAT question to see thisà in action: What is the remainder when 1990990900034 is divided by 32 ? (A) 16 (B) 8 (C) 4 (D) 2 (E) 0 Breaking down our given number, 1990990900034 = 1990990900000 + 00034. 1990990900000 ends in five 0s so it is divisible by 32.à 34, when divided by 32, gives us a remainder of 2. Hence, when 1990990900034 is divided by 32, the remainder will be 2. Our answer is D. Getting ready to take the GMAT? We haveà free online GMAT seminarsà running all the time. According to Hofstede, there is a no thing as a universal management method or management theory across the globe. Even the world management has different origins and meanings in countries throughout the world. The cultural dimension model of Hofstede is a framework that describes five dimensions of difference, value perspectives between national cultures such as, Individualism Vs Collectivism Power Distance Uncertainty Avoidance Masculinity Vs Feminity Long term Vs Short term This model should make everybody aware that people in other countries may think, feel act v ery differently from others, even when confronted with basic problems of society. Since Siddhalepa Company is planning to expand their business to UK, they need to consider the cultural issues, different social group behavior patterns in UK and change according to that or take relevant decisions. These different social behaviors will definitely have positive or negative influences on business decision making process. By applying Hofstede Model to Siddhalepa company in Sri Lanka and also to UK, it will help to identify the different social group behavior patterns. Sri Lankan culture and the UK culture are two different cultures when looking at the belief system, language, Interactions, religions, relationships, structures etc. Therefore when conducting business in UK, lot of changes need to be done according to the culture of UK. Individualism Vs Collectivism is the extend to which people feel they are supposed to taken care of or to be cared for by themselves, their f amilies or organizations they belong to. In Sri Lanka we can see a collectivism culture where people are sharing the responsibility, respect for members of the group, thinks in terms of WE rather than I, consumption patterns show dependence on others, Employer employee relationship is basically moral like a family link, Management is management of group and not individual, resources should be shared with relatives. But in UK, they have individualism culture which values and promotes individuality. On a macro level we see that the nuclear family is the more predominant form of basic social structure. On a micro level, in the business environment the individual may be more concerned with themselves rather than the team. Also consumption patterns show self supporting life styles, employed persons are expected to act according to their own interest work should be organized in such a way that this self interest employees interest coincide and workers are supposed to act as Ec onomic Persons Hiring promotion decisions are supposed to be based on skills rules only Power Distance is the degree of inequality among people which the population of a country considers as normal. In Sri Lanka this is reasonably high where inequalities among people are expected and desired, and also less powerful people should be dependent, Hierarchy in organization reflects existential inequality between higher and lower levels, more supervisory personal, there is a wide salary range between top and the bottom of the organization, managers rely on supervisors and on rules. Whereas in UK, status and inequalities between people are reasonably low. Macro level this manifests in a number of ways, such as legislation protecting ethnic minorities. On a micro level this is witnessed in the office where the relationship between superiors and subordinates is relatively casual and incorporates little ceremony. Uncertainty Avoidance is the degree to which people in a country p refer structured over unstructured situations. In Sri Lanka this is quiet high since fewer changes of employer, longer service, more difficult work life balance, there is an emotional need for rules even if they will not work, time is money, belief in experts and technical solutions. But in UK, relatively open to take risks and dealing with change. On a macro level this can be seen in the constant revision of laws and government structures. On a micro level, conflict or disagreement in the workplace, even with superiors, is considered healthy Masculinity Vs Feminity is the extent to which a culture is conductive to dominance, assertiveness and acquisition of things versus a culture which is more conductive to people, feelings and the quality of life. In UK, society and culture aims for equality between the sexes, yet a certain amount of gender bias still exists underneath the surface. The issues related to the mascunity and Feminity dimension are central to any religion. Here the rewards are based on equality, resolution of conflicts by compromise and negotiation, people work in order to live, and careers are optional for both genders In Sri Lanka there is lower share of working women in professional jobs, more money is preferred over more leisure time, people live in order to work Long term Vs Short term Values oriented towards the future, like saving and persistence is short term and Values oriented towards the past and present, like respect for tradition and fulfilling social obligations is long term According to Hofstede analysis, people in the USA and UK have low scores for long term orientation. This suggests that you can pretty much expect anything in this culture in terms of creative expression and novel ideas .The model implies that people in the US and UK dont value tradition as much as many others, and are therefore likely to be willing to help you execute the most innovative plans as long as they get to participate fully. This may be surprising to people in the UK, with its associations of tradition. But in Sri Lanka main work values include learning, honesty, adaptiveness, accountability and self discipline, leisure time is not important, focus is on market position, what is good and evil is depends on circumstances. Therefore when expanding the business to another country, there are lot more things to consider as shown above and these things will influence the business when decision making. In fact, when it comes to business, promoting cultural sensitivity will help people work more effectively when interacting with people from other countries, and will participate to make transactions are successful. Also there will be negative things such as poor time management, lack of decision making, poor infrastructure, High attrition, increased resistance, might not understand each other because you have different values. Those differences can hamper the progress of the new expansion. Also there are universal laws to ensure conformity in each culture because of complexities in continually learning the cultures of your clients organization. The other negative factor will be the International communication. This is one of the main concerns, therefore for professional who work internationally, interact daily with other people from different countries within their company or not, need to know the language well in order to communicate and especially when making decisions both party should understand the language. All the levels in communication are affected by cultural dimensions such as verbal (words and language itself),Ãâà non verbal (body language, gestures) andÃâà etiquetteÃâà dos and donts (clothing, gift-giving, dining, customs and protocol). And this is also valid for written communication as explained in William Wardrobes essay Beyond Hofstede: Cultural applications for communication with Latin American Businesses International negotiation is also o ne of the main factors which need to consider. Style of the communication, expectation, goals, issue ranking will change according to the negotiators countries of origin. This should be able to reduce the frustration and conflicts. For example, in a negotiation between Chinese and Canadian, Canadian negotiators may want to reach an agreement and sign a contract, whereas Chinese negotiators may want to spend more time for non business activities,Ãâà such as small talks andÃâà hospitality with preferences forÃâà protocol and form in order to first establish the relationship. When negotiating in Western countries, the objective is to work toward a target of mutual understanding and agreement. Once they done, shake-hands when that agreement is reached, and this is a cultural signal of the end of negotiations and the start of working together. In Middle Eastern countries much negotiation takes place leading into the agreement, signified by shaking hands. However, the deal is not complete in the Middle Eastern culture. In fact, it is a cultural sign that serious negotiations are just beginning International management also will influence on the decision making. Decisions need to be taking based on the countrys customs and values, therefore when working in international companies, managers nee to provide training for their employees in order to make them sensitive for cultural differences. International marketing is also more important as same as communication, negotiation and management. Hofstede model describe this too because it defines national values not only in business context but in general. The branding, advertising strategies, consumer behavior all of them are important when it comes to decision making. As companies try to adapt their products and services to local habits and preferences they have to understand the specificity of their market For example, if you want to market cars in a country where the uncertainty avoidance i s high, you should emphasize on their safety, whereas in other countries you may base your advertisement on the social image they give you. Cell phone marketing is another interesting example of the application of Hofstede model for cultural differences. If you want to advertise cell phones in China, you may show a collective experience whereas in the United States you may show how an individual uses it to save time and money. The variety of application of Hofstede abstract theory is so wide that it has even been translated in the field ofÃâà web designingÃâà in which you have to adapt to national preferences according to cultures value Therefore there are lots of positive and negative influences when expanding the business to another country or when conducting in the home country. One of the positive factors when conducting the business in another country with the local employee is that, cheap labour. The amount which UK pays for Sri Lankans will be very cheap when you compared to their local employees. Also as discussed earlier, the language, religions, behavior, attitude, belief systems will have negative influence over the decisions that company makes. But there are lots of expertises where you can learn and share the knowledge and these things will have a positive influence over the decision making At the end, it is important to see the cultural differences before expand the business to another country and also consider the positive and negative factors which can affect the business specially when decision making.
